Salon Policies
Appointments:
We recommend that appointments be made in advance.
(Spa Parties require a 2 week notice)
Please advise upon booking services of any health
conditions, allergies or injuries that may affect your
treatment. Please be on time for your appointment as late
arrival may cut into your service to be respectful
of the client after you.
First time clients please arrive 15 minutes
before your scheduled appointment so proper forms
can be completed.
You may be asked to secure your appointment with a credit
card number.
(A deposit of 50% is required for all spa parties)
Cancellations:
A 24-hour notice is requested to change or cancel an
appointment. No shows may be charged in full. No show on a
gift certificate results in gift certificate being redeemed.
Gift Certifcates:
We are no longer accepting Star 94.1 gift cetificates. They have expired.
All Gift Certificates expire one year from purchase date.
Gift certificates are transferable, but not refundable.
They may be used for services and gratuity.
We enjoy a quiet, peaceful environment.
Please turn off cell phones before entering the spa
and keep voices gentle.
